FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Podlaskie Tourist Voucher — frequently asked questions

The most common questions about the Podlaskie Tourist Voucher in Białowieża: booking, payment on site and settling the voucher.

Does Dwór Bartnika accept the Podlaskie Tourist Voucher?

Yes — we are an accommodation facility taking part in the programme. The voucher can be redeemed with a direct booking (online or by phone) with payment on site. Reception verifies the voucher at check-in and reduces the amount due for accommodation.

Why does the booking system show the full price?

The online system does not deduct the voucher automatically — you book the stay at the full price and choose payment on site. We deduct the voucher value from the bill at check-in, once it has been verified.

Can I book a stay if the voucher pool has run out?

Yes. An exhausted pool only means the organiser is no longer issuing new vouchers in that round. A valid voucher can still be redeemed with us until the end of its validity. You can also book a later stay now and settle a voucher from the next round — provided it is valid on your arrival date.

Do I have to provide the voucher number when booking?

No. It is enough to present the voucher and an ID document at check-in. You may optionally mention the voucher in your booking remarks — it makes reception's work easier.

What if the price of the stay is higher than the voucher value?

The voucher reduces the accommodation price by its value and you pay the difference on site — in cash or by card. If the stay costs less than the voucher value, the difference is not refunded.

How many vouchers can I use for one booking?

Under the programme rules, one voucher applies to one booking — regardless of the number of guests. If you hold several vouchers, call reception and we will advise how best to plan your stay.

Does the voucher cover a stay longer than the required minimum?

Yes. The minimum number of nights is a programme condition, not a limit — your stay can be as long as you like and the voucher will still reduce the accommodation bill.

How do the individual programme rounds differ?

Rounds differ in voucher value, the minimum number of nights and the redemption deadline. The conditions of the current round are shown in the status card at the top of this page, and the full rules are published by the programme organiser.
